Functional Medicine: Initial Examination (90 min)

The initial consultation includes preparation based on a questionnaire filled out by you, analysis of blood results, the consultation itself focused on your problems, lifestyle and eating habits, subsequent processing of a report with recommendations and a proposed therapeutic plan.
