During the massage, the massaged muscles are relaxed and their stiffness and possible pain are removed. At the same time, it supports the return of venous blood and lymph from the periphery to the circulatory center and also has a reflex effect in more distant parts of the body. In addition to muscle pain and stiffness, indications for massage can be headaches, migraines, fatigue and stress. It is very suitable for chronic painful conditions, where it helps to relieve spasms resulting from various injuries and overloading of the body. We perform classic massage of the whole body, back, neck and limbs.
